Our pregnancy rate, in terms of ongoing pregnancies, which means pregnancies for which we have already seen an embryo with a visible heart beat, are as follows: for women 38 years or younger it is 54,16%, for women over 38 it is 33,3%, and for egg donation cycles it is 59%.

All patients going through IVF or ICSI are included in this diagram.  Also those over 40 years of age.  Our pregnancy rate is 51% . With a clinical pregnancy rate (fetal heart beating on ultrasound), 46%.These results are comparable to those obtained by most prestigious clinics in the world.

51% of couples become pregnant after IVF or ICSI. The most critical factor affecting pregnancy rate is mother´s age. In our centre women younger than 34 years of age, have a pregnancy rate after IVF 68%. But this pregnancy rate for women over 39 years is around 30%. That is the reason why,  we  recommend not to postpone the visit  to a fertility centre,  specially for women over 38 years of age.

 Global results 2008

Most fertility treatment techniques carried out in our centre are included. Pregnancy rate is around 50%, for IVF and ICSI, and 59% for egg donation. For artificial insemination either husband or donor sperm, pregnancy rate is 28%.
